Joining the Threads of Love - Community Quilts

A very personal way for your community of family & friends to express their joy & best wishes to that special person or couple. Squares of muslin are sent to your guest list, who then decorate them as they wish (instructions and guidelines are included). The squares are then returned to me to be sewn together, quilted and binded into a very unique keepsake wall hanging … created by and with the love of your community!

Guests Woven Together - Fabric Guest Registers

A wonderful way to capture the names of all your guests and wrap yourself in their loving wishes. This guest register is a long reversible shawl-type piece, with muslin on one side and fabric in your choice of color on the other side, with fringe, beads or lace at each end. With permanent ink, your guests sign the muslin side.

The register can be any shape or size and is adaptable for any celebration. My son & daughter-in-love used it in their Celtic-theme wedding to "fasten their hands". It can be used as an altar cloth or a prayer shawl wrapped around the couple. Drape it around Grandma's shoulders at her 80th birthday party or wrap it around the new baby for a christening or naming ceremony. Send it with your college freshman away from home for the first time. Think how wonderful to be able to wrap someone in the blessings of their loved ones!
